- All invoices, including
pre-billed costs, must be paid in full prior to any scheduled

- All invoices must be paid
in full prior to shipping of any reports, exhibits, computer
simulation files and/or computer animation products.
Interest will be assessed at 18% annually on
balances after 30 days.
